If you are not satisfied with the received product(s) please contact us within 5 calendar days of product receipt and we will replace, exchange or issue a refund.
For non-food items, a restocking fee may apply and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Prices and Availability
Prices are subject to change due to world chocolate production, shipping, and other factors. Availability of some chocolate varies beyond the control of Chocolate Apothecary.
Web orders can be shipped only to US addresses at this time.
We ship via Fed Ex.
When will my order ship?
2-day orders ship Monday thru Wednesday in most cases. Orders that require expedited shipping and ice ship only Monday thru Wednesday so that your chocolate will not sit over the weekend and melt. Ground orders are shipped Monday thru Friday.
Warm months are usually considered to be May 1 through September 30. During these months it will be necessary to package your chocolate with ice and ship via 2-day service to make sure the chocolate arrives without damage.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
We do not guarantee your shipment against heat damage if you do not choose to ship 2-day.
