Spokane 

Chocolate Apothecary is located in the historic Flour Mill at 621 W Mallon.  The old mill is directly between the Spokane Arena and the Spokane River. The warm old bricks house the original store which features a fireplace and great atmosphere in which to meet. Gelato, drinking chocolates and chocolate cake are some of the wonderful reasons to visit frequently. An idea producing so much joy must be shared. And with that intent, Chocolate Apothecary began marketing franchises in 2007.

Our cafes and stores 

Highland Village, Texas
Our first franchise opened July 1, 2008 in the beautiful development called The Shops at Highland Village. This store oozes Texan hospitality with Kellie and Steve Long cordially inviting you to visit. Sit in the cool café sipping an iced chocolate and listen to the fountain bringing tranquility and comfort to the sun-drenched shoppers.
